Since our company formation, we have been supplying support contracts for small and medium sized businesses in and around London and Kent.

Our support contracts guarantee a level of service and response time, known as an SLA or Service Level Agreement. This ensures your business critical computers keep running as they should. In the event of a major problem causing downtime, the agreed SLA will come into force meaning an engineer will be on-site to remedy the problem within the agreed time. We offer an SLA ranging from 4 hours to 48 hours depending upon your requirements and nature of your business.

With all our support contracts, it is in our interest to keep your IT system running 100% to prevent engineer call-outs, which is why we deploy secure remote access software to remotely manage and proactively maintain every computer, server, printer, firewall, and router on your network. Our contracts include active maintenance tasks performed monthly or bi-weekly to clean every computer on the network outside of office hours and make the lifespan of your IT systems last up to 100% longer.

Although we specify a 4 hour engineer response, more than 90% of support calls are dealt with using our remote software within 15-30 minutes. There is always an expert ready to assist you and your staff with any computer problems you experience with telephone support and support ticketing through our customer developed Client Support Portal.
